- For oral use only.
Adults, the elderly and children over 18 years of age:
- Hold the spray upright, a few centimeters from the mouth.
- Open the mouth and apply one or two metered sprays into the mouth up to 3 times daily.
- Change the site of application each time to minimise any potential irritation.

Warnings
- Do not swallow.
- Ideally, doses should be taken half an hour before or half an hour after food or drink.
- Do not use in children under 18 years of age.
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the active ingredients or to plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family or to ethanol.
- Do not spray into the throat or eyes.
- If symptoms worsen or persist after 7 days consult a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner.
- This medicine contains alcohol. The affects of alcohol may be increased therefore concurrent use of this medicine with alcohol should be avoided.
- Concurrent use with other medicines known to interact with alcohol such as metronidazole and disulfiram should be avoided.
- Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- This product is only intended for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with mild stress. If you have signs and symptoms of depression, consult your doctor.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Do not store above 25°C.
- Discard 6 months after opening.
- Store in the original container.
- Do not use after the expiry date stated on the carton.
- Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.

- Ethanol 16.6% w/w, purified water.
