As a Vendor
Our platform is not only for pharmacies but a collection of pharmacies and any health related organisations where health is of the essence. If you sell food you need to be registered with your local council as a food seller and the responsibility will lie with you.
If you are a Chemist or a pharmacy then yes you do have to be a company but if you are selling non pharmaceuticals goods ,then as long as you have a location where you do business out of and you can guarantee the quality of your products then you are welcome to sell on our platform (e.g. an eBay or Amazon work from home kind of business).
You can always contact the All Chemists support team who will be able to assist you in setting up your online business, alternatively if you want someone to completely set up your shop then that can be arranged for a small fee, you will need to contact us with a list of the items you want to add and their descriptions and they will set up everything for you at a very affordable price.
Our platform welcomes any business anywhere in the world but it is their responsibility to abide by their countries regulations in terms of selling online. All Chemists is just a platform that allows the sales of healthcare goods, but it is in no way responsible for any rules that are broken but if a complaint is made by the authorities in any country then we have the right to terminate a vendors account with immediate effect if they are found breaking the law in that country.

All registered vendors will have their own policies but the general rule for the pharmacies registered on this platform is that medications are non-returnable as per the GPhC guidelines in the UK. However thee may be some exceptions e.g. in the unlikely event that the wrong medicine is sent out
It may be possible to purchase from us if you are not in the UK but again each vendor will be responsible for their own store, they have the option of opting in or opting out of international sales. However we ask that the end customer ears the responsibility of checking with their countries customs before placing an order to see if they are legally allowed to order from the country of Origin and if there are any customs charges so you are not surprised when the stock ordered arrives.
