This is to acknowledge that we are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity and legality of everything we post on the website. If we are to sell Prescription Only Medicines we will make sure that they are legally prescribed. We will make sure that we will do our utmost best to not allow customers to abuse medicines by preventing multiple orders. We are registered with the GPhC and are operating legally and all medicines/products we supply will be bought from reputable wholesalers with a Wholesale Dealers License and are regulated by the MHRA. The descriptions you input onto this website will be property of All Chemists and other vendors may be able to use it to advertise their own products. We are obliged to allow fair competition between all vendors in order to bring customers the best possible deals on our platform. You must ensure any content you use is not copyrighted and you are legally responsible for this.

Fees

We acknowledge that we are responsible for inputting the correct banking details for payment and if it is entered incorrectly then this may delay our pay-outs or we may even lose payments completely if we incorrectly input our banking details and the pay-outs end up going to another business entity. All Chemists charge 9.9% of the total selling price plus payment provider fees at cost price. Payments usually take 5 working days to clear but in exceptional circumstances this may be longer, once payments are cleared they will be released to you.

Rules

We agree that if a customer is unhappy with a service we have provided or we make an error then All Chemists can step in and sort out the problem and if necessary check correspondence between both parties to come up with a final resolution they see fit. We agree that we are breaking the law if we bypass All Chemists online store and make direct contact with the customer who was initially introduced by All Chemists and All Chemists have the right to terminate our account with immediate effect.
