How to take Kalms:
Adults 18 : Take two tablets 3 times a day with water after meals.

Side Effects
Like all medicines, Kalms Day can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
• Gastrointestinal effects such as nausea, and stomach cramps have been reported with Valerian root preparations.
