Bio-Kult Candéa contains 7 strains of live bacteria. These have been specifically chosen as they will complement the flora found naturally in the gut, vaginal and other intimate areas. The inclusion of garlic and grapefruit extract are to further assist your naturally-occurring flora. Gut health and intimate health are important.
Why is grapefruit included?
Grapefruit extract is high in antioxidant polyphenols. Directions for use*: Take 2 capsules daily with the main meal.
Can Bio-Kult Candéa eb used during Pregnancy?
Bio-Kult Candéa is suitable for use during pregnancy, but we would always suggest consulting your doctor or healthcare practitioner before taking any food supplement.
Why does my Bio-Kult have dark specks?
The live bacteria are naturally ‘speckled’ in colour, and this may be seen in a Bio-Kult capsule. If darker specks cannot be seen, it does not mean there is no probiotic bacteria in your capsule – it just means there is not a gathering of bacteria in one area of the capsule.
Don’t live bacterial cultures need to be kept in the fridge?
As with all Bio-Kult products, there is no need to refrigerate and they can be stored at room temperature. This is in thanks to our unique freeze-drying process.
Won’t the stomach acid kill all the bacteria off before they can start working?
