Our Thai Red Curry is a spicy and sweet dish, which is highly aromatic due to the lemongrass, galangal, sweet basil and kaffir lime leaves it contains.
The unique colour of the curry comes from the dried red chillies ground in the paste, but it is less spicy than Thai Green Curry.
