A one-a-day fully comprehensive capsule formulation of vitamins and minerals with Beta-Carotene and using a Fish Oil source of Vitamins A and D. The paste contents are easily digestible without the risk of reflux of the B Vitamins that can occur with more traditional formulations. Meaningful quantities of all the nutrients are present especially the anti-oxidants (eg; Vitamin E200iu per capsule). Vitamins A and D naturally sourced from Fish Oil. Uses organically grown Safflower Oil.
Swallow one capsule daily with food.
