Uses / Instructions

Take one to three capsules per day with a meal.
Three capsules per day are recommended initially for the first 90 days. After this period dosage can be reduced to two and then one capsule per day.
Seatone capsules can be taken all at once or throughout the day but should always be taken with a meal.
