What are 4Head strips?
4Head strips help to relieve headaches and migraines, cooling and soothing to help you to feel better right away. Ideal for those who suffer with migraines and can’t or don’t want to take tablets. These 4Head strips are easy to apply and can be used for up to 6 hours, helping to keep the pain at bay whenever you need it.
How will this product help to relieve my migraine?
4Head strips use an advanced hydro-gel strip, which provides an instant cooling effect. It does this by absorbing water and using evaporative cooling to soothe your forehead. 4Head strips also contain the active ingredient levomenthol, which has a cooling painkilling effect and helps to relax the muscles in your head and neck.
Uses / Instructions
• Open the resealable laminate sachet and remove one 4head Quickstrip. Make sure to reseal the sachet to stop the remaining strip from drying out.
• Remove and discard the transparent film from the back of the strip.
• Apply the strip to dry skin on the forehead, back of the neck or over the temples. The strip can be cut to size.
• Use each strip for as long as needed (then discard).

Warnings
- 4Head strips are not suitable for children under the age of 12.
- Do not apply strip over eyes or eyelids, contact with eyes, nostrils, or mouth can cause irritation..
- Do not apply 4Head strips to broken or irritated skin.
- Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.

Side Effects
Like other treatments, 4head QuickStrip can occasionally cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Faint skin redness can occur, and in rare cases the cooling sensation can initially feel intense. Because the product is volatile (i.e. liable to give off a small amount of
vapour), in rare cases it may cause temporary, mild watering of the eyes. If any side effect becomes unacceptable, remove the strip and wash the skin area.
Ingredients
The product’s main cooling ingredients are natural levomenthol and water formulated in an evaporative hydro-gel strip especially designed to provide long-lasting cooling relief.
