Uses / Instructions
Use the measuring spoon included to measure out the correct dose of Tixylix Baby Syrup and give it to your child.
Give 3 – 4 times a day, as needed, leaving 3 – 4 hours between each dose. The amount of cough syrup you should give to your child will differ depending on their age:
Infants aged 3 – 12 months:
Give one 5ml spoonful
Children aged 1 – 5 years:
Give two 5ml spoonfuls

Do not give Tixylix Baby Syrup
• if your child is allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients of Tixylix Baby Syrup
Take special care with Tixylix Baby Syrup
• Tixylix Baby Syrup is not recommended for children under 3 months
Side Effects
Like all medicines, Tixylix Baby Syrup can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Tixylix Baby Syrup may cause diarrhoea in overdose.

Ingredients
The active substance is glycerol (0.75 ml per 5ml dose).
The other ingredients are liquid maltitol (Lycasin), hydroxyethylcellulose, sodium benzoate (E211), citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate, vanilla flavour (contains propylene glycol E1520), blackcurrant
flavour (contains propylene glycol E1520), purified water
