Instructions: Brush your teeth with Oral-B 3D White Arctic Fresh Toothpaste 3 times a day.

Children of 6 years and younger: Use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimize swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor.

Uses / Instructions

Apply a suitable amount of Oral-B 3D White Arctic Fresh Whitening Toothpaste 75ml directly on your toothbrush. Then, brush your teeth for approximately three minutes, preferably after each meal, and before going to bed. Ideally, pair this product with a teeth brushing tool of the same range to achieve optimal results.
