Clinitas Hot Eye Compress helps relieve the symptoms of various eye conditions and complications including dry eye disease, MGD (Meibomian Gland Dysfunction/blepharitis), Chalazion (eyelid cysts) and the associated symptoms, grittiness, irritation and sore eyes. It can be heated in the microwave or the oven and can be reused in excess of 365 times.
Clinitas Hot Eye Compress is filled with BodyBeads which mould to the contour of the eyes for comfort and maximum contact with the affected areas and are excellent at retaining heat – they only drop by 1.5 degrees in temperature over the 10 minute treatment. It comes with an adjustable strap for personal comfort and pressure adjustment and has a removable, washable cover to ensure hygiene and non-transference of bacteria.
Clinitas Hot Eye Compress is produced in the UK with innovation with safety in mind. Made with high quality fabrics to reduce abrasion against sensitive skin, it is non-toxic and non-flammable and has been tested to British Standard BS8433:2004. It has also been abuse testeed at 80x the recommended heating time with no sign of scorching.
