Bells Vapour Rub 50g for clear, cool breathing. Directions for use: Rub a small amount onto the chest, throat and back, particularly just before going to bed. Alternatively, for adults only, mix a little (2 teaspoonfuls) in hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapours for 5-10 minutes. Do not reheat the mixture.
